You can reduce your fear of a digital footprint by not associating any sensitive real-life information with your online accounts & communities. If it isn't posted on a public forum or easily seen by anyone using a search engine, it's very likely that your actual identity will not be associated with these things :)
that is #true. i usually think about the people that have a dislike to me online and irl and think that they still see what i'm up to online n stuff which sounds silly now that i type this out and properly think about it. it's also the general feedback i'm also scared about too but that's just something you have to deal with on the internet because some people are just rude without any reason
